1. The Buyer, who is a consumer (natural person), has the right, without giving reasons, to withdraw from the contract (“Agreement”) concluded between the Buyer and IK “Dāliju Ventas” (“Seller”) for the purchase of dahlia seedlings (“Goods”) in the online store at www.dalijuventas.lv within 14 (fourteen) days. 

2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the Goods. If the Buyer has ordered several Goods in one order, which are delivered separately, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal is from the day when the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer, has received the last Goods. If the Goods are delivered in several lots or parts, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal is from the day on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer has received the last lot or part of the Goods. If the end of the period falls on an “official” holiday in the country, the right of withdrawal shall be exercised until the business day following the end of the said period (inclusive). 

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending or submitting a relevant written notice in free form, which would include the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the Agreement, or by filling out a withdrawal form. The notice of withdrawal from the Agreement or the withdrawal form shall be submitted or sent electronically to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Upon receiving the Buyer’s notice electronically, the Seller shall immediately send the Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the notice to the Buyer’s e-mail address. 

4. In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for the Buyer to submit or send his/her notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiration of the withdrawal period. 

Consequences of the exercise of the right of withdrawal 

5. If the Buyer withdraws from the Agreement, the Seller will refund all the money paid for the Product.

6. The Seller shall transfer the refundable amounts to the bank account specified in the Buyer's notification of withdrawal from the Agreement or the withdrawal form. 

7. The Seller is entitled to withhold the refund of the amount of money to the Buyer until the Seller has received the Product or the Buyer has submitted to the Seller a confirmation that the Product has been sent back, whichever is the earlier. 

8. The Buyer shall immediately, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days after submitting or sending to the Seller the withdrawal form or notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return the Goods to the Seller by sending it to any parcel machine in Baldone city, indicating the recipient's phone number. 28364735. The deadline will be considered met if the Buyer hands over or sends the Goods to the Seller before the expiration of the 14 (fourteen) day period. The Buyer shall cover all return costs.

IMPORTANT! If the Buyer does not take appropriate care of the Goods, which are living plants, there is a risk of the plants dying. In this case, but not limited to, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods or its use contrary to good faith.
