DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY FEES
Products with delivery can be ordered within Latvia only. Please note that the minimum order amount is 20 EUR if you want to receive your order by delivery.
Delivery is carried out via DPD, using either courier service or parcel locker delivery.
- Delivery to a parcel locker – EUR 3
- Delivery by courier – EUR 10
Orders placed in March 2026 will be delivered between 13 April and 17 May 2026.
Products can be collected free of charge at the Latvian Plant Fair on 2 of May in Sigulda.
IMPORTANT! Receiving goods and returning damaged items
The products are live plants. It is important to collect your order from the parcel locker as soon as possible and to inspect it immediately upon opening the package. Otherwise, there is a risk that the plant may be damaged or perish.
If necessary, water the plants and place them in a warm, bright location, or—if weather conditions are suitable—plant them outdoors.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately—on the day of delivery—by email at [email protected], attaching photos that clearly show the damage.
